Boost Productivity

I wish I had counted the number of times the word productivity has been used today here at MRO Europe during conference sessions.

Dr. Orkun Hasekioglu, IT manager of Turkish Technic, said 60% of a technician's time often can be billed at a typical MRO. The rest of the time is spent looking for parts, tooling, documentation etc.

Don't let that statistic fool you: Turkish Technic, TAP, airberlin technik and others have robust projects underway to make processes more efficient. MROs are making big efficiency gains and saving money at the same time.
