The Austro-German ORF will be composed of the Bundeswehr's ABC-Abwehrregiment (NBC Defense Regiment) 750 as the lead unit, the Franco-German Brigade's Artilleriebataillon (Artillery Battalion) 295 and elements of the Austrian army's Jägerbrigade (Light Infantry Brigade) 6.

These units received training in patrolling, check points, and crowd and riot control between the end of 2011 and early summer 2012, and the Austro-German staff practiced joint planning and decision-making.
