Airbus Edges Closer To A380 Goal, But Not Close Enough


Today's news that Singapore Airlines has ordered five A380s moves Airbus a step closer to its 2012 sales goal, but the airframer is still far from achieving its order target of 30 for this year. 

SIA takes the Airbus A380 order book to nine, including the four aircraft previously ordered by Transaero.
