Aerospace giant Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering) has struck a deal to acquire U.S.-based nacelle manufacturer MRA Systems from General Electric. The purchase, which is valued at $630 million, will be made by ST Engineering’s U.S. subsidiary, Vision Technologies Aerospace Inc.
