Spanish low-fare carrier Vueling will set up its first foreign base next April at Toulouse-Blagnac Airport in southern France. This will be Vuelingâ€™s eighth base and will have services to seven destinations: Amsterdam, Barcelona, Ibiza, Malaga, Paris, Pisa and Venice.
