Boeing has told Qantas that while the carrier’s first 787 deliveries will be delayed again, it should still receive them before the end of next year. The first Qantas 787-8 delivery was previously scheduled for mid-2012, but now Boeing has set that target back by another 3-6 months, an airline spokesman says.
