Project Phoenix has secured its first Bombardier CRJ-200 regional jet for a 15-seat VIP conversion. The move follows confirmation from Ritz Pacific Ltd. that the company will place the aircraft with Jet Asia of Macau, a charter and management operator that currently flies Bombardier Global Express and Challenger airplanes.
