Pemco World Air Services intends to center its regional aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul operation at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The Dothan, Ala.-based company agreed to lease, for 15 years, the hangar vacated by Mesaba Airlines in 2008. Pemco CEO Wake Smith said the MRO business should attract 300 jobs.
