Alabama-based Pemco World Air Services has acquired the assets of bankrupt Canadian MRO ExelTech Aerospace in a bid to expand into the regional aircraft overhaul market. Terms of the transaction were not available, but Pemco acquires ExelTech's tooling, equipment and inventory, and could also end up with some of ExelTech's managers.
