In a major surprise Tuesday, a regional court in Germany banned all late night flights at Frankfurt Airport. Take-offs and landings no longer will be allowed between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., effective Oct. 21–the day the fourth runway opens at Europe’s third largest airport.
