Jet Aviation is restructuring its services business with the sale of two key European locations to Cessna Aircraft, which signed a letter of intent to acquire Jet Aviation’s maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facilities in Zurich, Switzerland and Dusseldorf, Germany.
