WHILE public perception is that little progress has been made implementing the comprehensive recommendations of the Part 125/135 Aviation Rulemaking Committee, a lot of work has been accomplished, Dennis Pratte, manager of FAA’s Part 135 Air Carrier Operations Branch, assured industry leaders last week.
