International Lease Finance Corp. (ILFC) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Airbus to purchase 100 A320NEO family aircraft, at least 60 of which will be powered by the Pratt & Whitney geared turbofan engine (GTF), while terminating its agreement to purchase 10 Airbus A380s.
