FAA Orders Thrust Reverser Valve Tests On Boeing 747s, 767s

FAA ordered tests of a thrust reverser valve on Boeing 747 and 767 aircraft powered by GE CF6-80C2 engines to ensure the integrity of the fail-safe features of the thrust reverser system and to prevent inadvertent deployment of a thrust reverser in flight.
