David Marchick Joins Covington&Burling

David Marchick, who served the Clinton administration for seven years, including as deputy assistant secretary of state for transportation affairs from 1998 to 1999, has joined Covington&Burling's Washington, D.C., office as a special counsel on international trade and transportation issues.
