Rizon Jet has signed a block-hour charter agreement for four months to place a Bombardier Challenger 605 with Prime Aviation in Kazakhstan. The aircraft will be based in either Almaty or Astana, as both companies will jointly offer the aircraft for charter within their respective regions.
