Asiana Airlines will operate its Airbus A380 fleet using Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engines. The airline selected the engine including the Rolls-Royce’s Total care MRO service. Asiana’s A380s will be delivered from 2014. The aircraft will be its first equipped with Rolls-Royce engines. Asiana has 30 A350XWBs on firm order. Those will be powered by Trent XWB engines, but are only delivered after the initial A380s.
