All Nippon Airways plans to use its Boeing 787s to open two new routes to the U.S. West Coast in late 2012. The routes will be its second and third international routes created specifically for the 787. The carrier intends to begin Tokyo Narita-Seattle flights beginning in October, when the second half of its fiscal year begins, and Narita-San Jose flights soon after that, an ANA spokeswoman tells Aviation Week.
