Air New Zealand will next week take delivery of its first new Boeing 777-300ER, which will be fitted with a unique cabin product that it hopes to market to other carriers. The cabin product includes a new design for premium economy seats, and an economy class option known as “Skycouch” that will allow seats to convert to two-person lie-flat sleeping areas.
