The number of used business jets available for sale declined 13% year-over-year in April, while prices fell 7% from the previous year, according to a report by Jefferies. The declines are an improvement from the more than the double-digit declines of the past year. The used fleet for sale is now 43% below its peak in August 2009, it said.
