Decrying export financing of widebody aircraft as subsidizing otherwise well-heeled foreign carriers, organized labor and Delta Air Lines are joining forces this week to lobby lawmakers on the issue as Congress weighs a reauthorization measure for the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
