BEIJING — Avic has set up a Cambodian carrier to operate its MA60 turboprop airliner. The carrier, Cambodia Bayon Airlines, was formally established Aug. 21 as an Avic subsidiary. It simultaneously ordered 20 MA60s from another Avic unit, Xian Aircraft.
