Southwest Airlines’ facilities maintenance technicians reached an agreement-in-principle with airline management, the carrier said on Sept. 13. The agreement comes after the group rejected a previous five-year tentative agreement in late December (Aviation Daily, Jan. 4). The deal, if ratified, would include work rules, pay scale and a signing bonus.
